AFEFF, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with a team of proven business and technical professionals with over 30 years of experience in business management and IT service delivery management.  Placing a priority on having an efficient and effective project management strategy, we employ an approach that is a synergy of industry best practices, real world experience, and common sense.  This provides sound oversight to projects of any scope and size, a sufficient amount of “red tape” without expending excessive resources, and puts the emphasis on providing solutions that are delivered to meet customer requirements.

We believe that the level of success an organization achieves is inevitably bound to its ability to clearly map and align information technology investments to it’s mission and business objectives.  We understand that every organization is different, but all organizations are faced with the common challenge of delivering efficient and effective IT services.  While industry best practices have established a proven framework around which to build an organization's IT services structure and process framework, this has matured while organizational approaches have be developed without always using best practices as a guide.  The business functions supported by IT services must be executed in a manner that direclty impacts organizational efficiency, minimizing the cost of IT infrastructure investments and the cost of doing business.  The net result can be measured by an organization's competitive advantage and consistent ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
